Pillar 1 - New Fun Workouts
Everyday working with a Trainer 3 - 5 times per week. Each week, you will be taken through the most cutting edge workouts through our Functional Training Program which will help you burn body fat, build lean muscle, enhance your overall fitness level, but most importantly see results fast.
Pillar 2 - Nutrition Plan
75% of your results come from nutrition. We will sit down with you and customize a meal plan which will provide your body with the nutrients it needs. The meal plan will not only be doable, but enjoyable at the same time. We will make adjustments every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in and week-out. The reality is that you cannot outwork a bad diet ,and consistency over time equals results.
Pillar 3 - Dietary Support
Along with proper nutrition comes dietary support. This is essential to fill in the gaps that our body needs on a daily basis. Our program will cover health, performance, and meal replacements so you always have the ultimate nutritional support to stay healthy, maximize your results, and boost up performance.
Pillar 4 - Accountability/ Professional Assistance.
Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact to your Personal Trainer whenever you have any questions or are looking for assistance, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. Weekly check-ins are Key for adjustments, avoid plateaus, and keep seeing results beyond your 6 weeks and for the long term.
